Dalmas Peter is the Co-Founder & Secretary to the Board of Sonetarc Foundation. His leadership acumen has seen him serve as the COO of Sonetarc Group International Ltd since 2020. Advancing his academic research as an incoming MSc scholar in Crop Protection (Plant Pathology Option) at Kenyatta University, he holds a B.Sc. in Water Resource Management and is an elite Precision Agriculture Specialist, UAS Operations Engineer, and globally certified DJI Flight Instructor.

Holds ultra-specialized professional credentials as a Certified DJI Fruit Tree Solutions Engineer, a Certified KCAA Drone Pilot, and an officially certified Aviation Quality Manager.
Capacity Building
Trusted to architect regional training curricula, having personally trained, mentored, and certified over 30 professional agricultural UAS pilots to global operational and regulatory safety standards.
Strategic Governance & WASH Realignment
Synthesizes advanced spatial intelligence, hydrology, and digital plant epidemiology to drive the Foundation’s data-driven, evidence-based SDG programs in climate-smart agriculture, environmental resilience, and regional water resource security.
